Welcome to Beauty & the Beach’s website (the “Site”). By using our Site and our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully!

Services
Beauty & the Beach provides on-location and in-studio hair and makeup services for weddings, events, photoshoots, and other special occasions. All services are subject to artist availability and must be scheduled in advance.

Booking & Deposits
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding or event date.
The deposit may also serve as payment for your preview session. If you choose not to schedule a preview, your deposit will apply toward your wedding-day services instead.
For weekend bookings (Friday–Sunday), a minimum of $700 or 5 services is required.

Payments
Final payment for wedding services is due no later than 7 days prior to your event date.
Beauty & the Beach accepts cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card payments.
Travel fees apply for locations outside of Orange County, CA and will be quoted individually.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to your event may be subject to additional fees.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled with sufficient notice and artist availability.
Beauty & the Beach reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, emergencies). In such cases, all deposits will be refunded or applied to rescheduled services.

Timing & Late Fees
The client agrees to arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Delays of more than 15 minutes may incur additional fees or impact the completion of services.
For on-location services, Beauty & the Beach requires adequate workspace, seating, lighting, and electrical outlets.

Allergies & Sensitivities
Clients must inform Beauty & the Beach of any allergies or sensitivities to products or ingredients. Beauty & the Beach is not liable for any reactions that occur if no prior disclosure is made.

Photography & Social Media
Beauty & the Beach may photograph or video services performed and use these images for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in writing.

Intellectual Property
All website content, images, and branding are property of Beauty & the Beach and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to These Terms
Beauty & the Beach reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date.
